2 ★It worked so well for the first 2 months now it doesn't want to open and its how I do my homework. The first time I had to uninstall and reinstall. Theres no way I'm going to make that a habit.
1 ★This whole program is a mess. You lose "online" access to your books so that they can ONLY be viewed on a mobile device because there is no desktop/laptop/tablet application available. The whole program is very unhelpful and I regret ever getting important textbooks through my school ebook program when I couldn't afford the physical copy. I do not recommend, and hope maybe the program can be more useful one day, but I seriously doubt it.
1 ★Unable to login whatsoever! First it tells me the password I just set is wrong, once I reset it the app took me to the next page but still nothing showing! Complete waste of my precious time, don't waste yours! I almost forgot, the prices are outrageous, especially when you never receive said service!
1 ★Buggy, audio playback randomly detaches from visual highlight. It also detaches from playback control and then you must reboot your device. It is also very slow at loading text, which is just silly in modern day. It makes me really unhappy that somehow these guys are the only ebook provider for my school... Other wise I'd never use this terrible app.
1 ★I downloaded this app for one of my classes. I did not have any issues the first couple weeks;however, during midterms the app on both my phone and on desktop did not load and I couldn't read my assigned readings. I had to buy the hard copy to continue reading. What a waste of money!
1 ★Literally unuseable on Moto E5. Only available action on starting the app is a button that leads to the login prompt. After completing the login prompt, the app displays a webpage that encourages you to go to the app youre reading this review on to install the app you just logged into. There are no other available choices, so i clicked the link and proceeded to uninstall and write this review. An inconvenient waste of time, the opposite of what a busy college student needs.
1 ★0 Stars! This app is a joke. I have now installed and uninstalled this app 10 times now! App keeps crashing! Website doesn't even let you sign in! College bookstore where I bought the digital copy won't give me a refund. Customer support will only let you leave a voice mail.
1 ★horribly optimized app. cannot load a single page of my calc book on mobile. don't waste your time making an app if you aren't going to attempt to fix issues that arise. to people downloading: don't. you won't be able to load anything. stick to your computer
3 ★Fix "error." Reset your password!!! A commenter below stated in order to fix the "error" message, reset your password. I gave that try after getting the constant error message since August. IT WORKS now. Now I can read the required text on my phone for my class.
4 ★The app itself is fine but I'm frustrated that I've paid a LOT of money to have e-books, and I can't access ones I still need after a year and have already paid for outside of an app on a phone or tablet when it's been very difficult for me to see on smaller devices because of an injury. Definitely not worth it.
