Description
Droid Commander Free is a simple two pane manager when your device is in landscape mode, and a simple to use, single pane file manager when your device is in portrait mode.It has a built-in text viewer/editor which can handle small text files (<5 MB), but you can open any file with any installed application.

This is a free version, supported by ads, so it will require INTERNET access to retrieve ads and it will use LOCATION services to display ads relevant to your location. Also, being a file manager, it does require access to the sdcard (WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE).
