1 ★When using the app, when you look at a item and go back, it goes bqck to the top of the list and makes browsing frustrating.
1 ★Hi, I'm regular user of the app. Very disappointed with the upgrade. Where is ending soon option. Where is Auction closing today option . What's the point of discount freight if you have no way of knowing which category - auction it is ? When using the app, and you click picture, doesnt allow pic to expand. Why is there no help or contact us option on the app ? Then to email developer, it gets rejected . PLEASE review the upgrade and consider this. I'm sure I'm not the only frustrated user.
4 ★Great app, better now with the ability to enlarge pics, everything is wonderful UNTIL. Once you've looked at an item and return to the listings, it puts you back at the start of those listings, not where you were before. This may seem silly but if that list is 400+, it can become tedious .... I'd think that a solution won't be far away from you wonderful people.....
1 ★Grays new app is painful! I used to be able to navigate to all auctions in my state and scroll, now I have to choose a relevant subject and hope that it has been catalogued correctly (something they often get wrong), then filter by state. This process is a downgrade from the functionality of the old app. The new app is almost unusable. As a result I will no longer be doing business with Grays. All my previous purchases, where did that information go?
1 ★Do you want 5-10 emails a day? Do you want a buggy app that may or may not not load when you go to use it? Do you also want a really cumbersome & annoying search layout? Do you want to buy items without any guarantee that they are fit to task? Well if so, this is the app for you. If rather, your a normal person. Avoid at all costs.
5 ★Finally an app that my Samsung Note doesn't have an issue with. It made my life so much easier for keeping an eye on my bids.
1 ★So bloody frustrating, soon as you go back you lose everything and either have to scroll down to find where you were upto or re-enter all the details of the vehicle you are looking for. You can't save certain searches or filters like location for eg. so if you hit back or every single time you open the app you have to enter all the same damn details every time.
1 ★Congrats to the team on turning the old easy to use, highly functioning app into a total shamble. Theres dozens of glitches, search function is a nightmare, navigation is impossible, and the whole general layout is terrible, you guys will lose a fortune from this remodel as its just too damn hard to use. I dont know who on earth is in charge of this app and commenting here but LISTEN TO FEEDBACK. Theres dozens of comments here listing all faults and you keep commenting asking whats the issue
2 ★New Sept update is certainly prettier, however it appears that Grays doesn't bother to test these releases with real users.... Previous app couldn't zoom images - this one does far worse. No longer can you see items you have won (only bidding and watch lists). Cannot search/filter for location (why would I be buying items elsewhere in Aust when usually they require local pickup). Here is a thought!! Ask users what they need and add those features? This would help us all spend MORE with your auctions. Ideas - favourite search/filters able to be saved and reused. Ability to simply up a bid without multiple screens required (in the frenzy of the final stages, when bidding on 10 items, it can be tedious). Reduce or option to turn off emails/notifications of losing items - we keep track of this ourselves. Option to disabled the accounts of competing bidders (OK - probably you won't include that one!)....
1 ★Fuuuuurrrrkkkinngg useless. I used the app to make an auto bid. Watching the auction the whole time. Even increasing my bid a few times. Waiting all the way through the going going gone. Only to find that the app didn't work and my bid didn't get registered. Called greys and they have no log of my bids whatsoever. Lost a chance at a one of a kind car!
1 ★Very disappointed with the new updated app. Reasons - no close up on pictures - limited function. I.e no view purchase history winning bid. Bidding history etc. - search not working. - limited filter option The app should have all the same function as web version. Positive is the the interface is much prettier but thats about it.
1 ★Extremely poor service and no understanding of situations. Employees just follow what they are told and managers are not contactable for any reason. Never buy anything from them
