When user receives incoming call flash on call app turns on flash light blink on call and forces flash on call to blink with flash interval set by user. User can disable flashoncall and only activate flash on sms or enable both flash on call and smd.

Flash on sms has flash blink count because as a rule sms ringtone is very short so flash on sms also must be short. So user can set flash on sms blink count and blink interval with flash on call and sms blink interval.
