黃千衿 Silk Huang
1980年出生於台灣。由於父母經營進口布料，自小耳濡目染下，布料的觸感啟發設計師最直接的靈感，其次是顏色。大學時期曾在英國聖馬丁藝術學院修過裸體人體畫，從此愛上人體線條之美。
畢業於City college of Brighton and Hove (Art Foundation)，於Parsons Paris and New York 學習服裝設計。
2008 於高雄成立高級訂製服工作室，2011正式推出同名品牌高級成衣系列。
設計師希望創造一種服裝是
具備布料的特殊質感和人體之美般的細緻線條。
致力追求一種協調 自然 純粹的永恆經典。
