Uygulama kullanıcı girişi ile çalışır. Her kurum içerisindeki eğitim yöneticisi yetkisindeki kullanıcılar uygulamaya login olarak raporlarını görüntüleyebilirler. Ana ekranda 6 farklı veri başlığı bulunur. Ana ekranda her bir veri başlığı için önemli olan rakam ana ekranda ilgili kısımda görünür.Uygulamada 6 ana başlıktaki veriler sunulur:
• Anahtar performans göstergesi : Sistem üzerinde belirlenmiş hedeflerin ve bu hedeflere gerçekleşme durumunu gösterir.
o Kullanıcı başı atanan ortalama E-Eğitim sayısı
o Tamamlanan E- Eğitimlerin, Atanan E-Eğitimlere göre oranı
o Kullanıcı Başına E-Eğitimlerde geçirilen süre
o Kullanıcı başına Tamamlanan Ortalama E-Eğitim sayısı
• Temel veriler :
o Toplam aktif kullanıcı sayısı
o Sisteme giriş yapan toplam özgün kullanıcı sayısı
o Sistemde yeralan eğitim sayısı
o Toplam aranan AdamxEğitim sayısı
o Kullanımda olan eğitim sayısı
• Tamamlama oranları : Belirlenen tarih aralığında tamamlanan, devam eden, başlanmayan eğitim sayılarını grafiksel olarak gösterir.
• Saatlere göre kullanıcı girişleri : 24 saat dilimi içerisinde belirlenen tarih aralığında kullanıcıların giriş yaptıkları saatler ve en çok giriş yapılan saat gösterilir. Ayrıca en çok giriş yapılan saat bilgisi grafikte gösterilir.
• Aylara göre kullanıcı girişleri : belirlenen tarih aralığında aylara göre kullanıcı girişleri sayısı graif üzerinde gösterilir.
• Tercih edilen eğitimler : sitemde bulunan eğitimler
