This app is designed to work with Avonwood Development's ZoneSafe devices with Bluetooth or Bluetooth Low Energy capabilities.Features:
- Discover and connect to ZoneSafe devices
- Configure settings of the device by individual parameters or configuration file
- Monitor the device in real-time for tag reads, speed and time events
- Download detection data from the device to the app for local display and analysis
- Save and share detection event files
- Upload detection data to the ZoneSafe cloud portal, http://my.zonesafe.net (subscription account required)
- Device Administrative features to allow finer configuration of ZoneSafe
Permissions Required:
BLUETOOTH - required to use of Bluetooth to communicate with ZoneSafe devices
BLUETOOTH_ADMIN - required to determine if Bluetooth is enabled and to initiate scan
WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE - to enable opening and saving of ZoneSafe configuration and event files
GET_ACCOUNTS - required to determine if a ZoneSafe.net account exists
AUTHENTICATE_ACCOUNTS - Required because we're manually creating a new account on the device
MANAGE_ACCOUNTS - required to add a ZoneSafe.net account to the device
USE_CREDENTIALS - required to use ZoneSafe.net account to upload
