Eichelmann 2019 präsentiert 980 Weingüter und über 11.100 Weine, die vom bewährten Verkoster-Team ausgewählt wurden. Die Weine werden im international üblichen 100-Punkte-System bewertet, das Gerhard Eichelmann in Deutschland eingeführt hatte, dazu findet man Preis- und Alkoholangaben, Weine mit besonders gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sind hervorgehoben. Jedes Weingut wird für seine Gesamtleistung mit 1 bis 5 Sternen eingestuft. Wichtig für den Verbraucher ist, dass dabei nicht nur Spitzenerzeugnisse vorgestellt und zur Betriebsbewertung herangezogen werden, sondern alle Weine, auch die Einstiegsqualitäten.
