Para evitar que o aluno leve dinheiro para a escola, por questões de segurança e higiene, as lanchonetes da It's Cool disponibilizam um cartão para que os alunos possam consumir os lanches e refeições nas lanchonetes e restaurantes da escola. Para recarregar este cartão, o responsável pelo aluno pode utilizar, além do site da It's Cool, o aplicativo.Outras funcionalidades interessantes podem ser utilizadas pelos pais, como visualizar o saldo atual do cartão, acompanhar o extrato de consumo do filho, recarregar o cartão, disponibilizando valores diferentes para cada lanchonete ou restaurante, dentre outras.
Para facilitar e agilizar o consumo no horário do lanche, a It's Cool disponibiliza terminais de autoatendimento nas escolas, para que o aluno possa adquirir o produto fora do horário de maior concentração. Com o cupom emitido pelo terminal, o produto pode ser adquirido diretamente no balcão.
