1 ★Been a xim supporter since day one. Woke up today and tried to see which config hotkey was my battlefront one. Can't connect to the xim, phone can't even detect it's Bluetooth signal. So I see that there is an update to the manager I was forced into, which requires a complete wipe of my device. Sooo, I can't view my current configs so I can write down my settings and previous manager versions won't download so I can get access to em. Way to break seriously perfect device overnight. disappointed.
3 ★Locked up after last update. Can't use the device at all since last update. I also have solid white lines on my device. Any suggestions on how to fix this annoying problem? Just did all the updates and downloaded the new firmware and my xim4 still will not work . love my xim4 but may be looking for a refund if this problem isn't resolved soon. I don't like spending this much money on a device only to have it fail in a few months!!!

1 ★I upgraded my XIM4 firmware to 20160405 and I can't use it any more. Tried sync it through the latest manager version several times without ant success.! Really bad
1 ★Opened new keyboard logi g910 mouse g900 and brand new xim4 watched every video doesn't work! I also never seen red and yellow lights flash in any videos yet mine does for 1:30 before it does red breathing. When I use manager app it doesn't show anything connected to my system. Accept xim4 no keyboard no mouse no controller and I watched each video at least 6 times to make sure I did it 100% identical to the video extremely frustrated gonna send this back! Get something that works!
3 ★Downloaded app to ask a question as I'm considering purchasing a xim 4 for ps4 pro. I don't have a pc, and I'm reading reviews on here from people saying it doesn't work anymore and the developer responding saying "sorry firmware needs updating but can still use old firmware if you roll back" thing is I don't have a pc so if I buy a xim4 off amazon brand new will it already have the new firmware installed? Because I don't want to find myself in a position where I've dropped £136 on a paper weight that won't work because it's not on the correct firmware and I have no way to change it. Will it work out of the box or won't it?
2 ★After the update it doesnt connect to the device (bluetooth), at least not properly. It says connecting and the xim device turns solid white, thats it. It doesn't react after that. All input is disabled whether it be from the mouse/keyboard or the controller itself connected through the xim. I have to disconnect the control and connect that wirelessly to regain any control. - using a samsung s6 edge plus
5 ★Follow the instructions properly and you shouldn't have any trouble. Have had this working on both ps4 and Xbox one with no trouble. Most of the complaints on here are from people who are technologically retarded.

1 ★I have watched a youtube channel and connected the device to my ps4 perfectly. But after pairing it with my bluetooth, I try to connect it to xim4 manager, it keeps red,yellow and white flashing and software freezes. Help please.
4 ★Love it! But the sensativity is wierd. I have it at max but it says I'm going to fast when I move it super slow, and my game sensativitys are max. Is it possible to make the max sensativity higher than 500?

Came in to check if it was up to date and saw the mass amount of morons leaving bad reviews because their either too dull or too lazy to read the damn instructions / requirements! Please people, don't leave a bad review due to your own incompetence.... This product is amazing.... Be happy there's something this nice on the market for us to use in the comfort of our own home...
