Portabilidad numéricaEl proceso de portabilidad numérica incluye las funcionalidades de venta pre-pago y post-pago para clientes que deseen realizar la portación hacia VIVA.
Las principales características del proceso son:
· Registro del número a portar y documento de identidad del titular.
· Gestión del cliente considerando los siguientes escenarios:
o Cliente existente
o Cliente nuevo
o Cliente existente con documento duplicado
· Selección del tipo de venta
o Post-pago. Habilitado a usuarios tienda y cuando el cliente aplica a un monto máximo de endeudamiento con base en:
§ Existencia del número en la base de pre-aprobados de portabilidad
§ El cliente aplica a un flujo express con los criterios definidos en CRM
o Pre-pago. Habilitado para usuarios dealer, tienda y cuando el cliente no aplica a un plan post-pago express
· Elección de la oferta comercial y add-ons para el caso de venta postpago.
· Digitalización del documento de identidad
· Reconocimiento OCR de la información básica del cliente a partir del documento de identidad para el caso cliente nuevo.
· Digitalización del formulario de portabilidad
· Registro de la fotografía del cliente
· Inicio del proceso de portabilidad.
· Notificaciones de cambio de estado en los procesos de portabilidad.
· Lista de procesos generados desde la aplicación.
