There is no one place for tracking the maintenance requests logged by the residents. Where many a request keeps on lying on the paper, many are left unattended requested over the phone. It is very difficult to follow up on those where you are not nearby.This problem can be solved by this app. It can keep records of all the requests raised by users. All users can know about all the requests raised by all the other users. With some modification in the app, we can tell where your/my request stands in the queue.
The attender of the request can plan his work based on the backlog of requests.
