5 ★This app has been a lifesaver. I absolutely love the new ability to trigger Forms upon Clock IN, Out or when specific jobs are selected or for certain employees.
1 ★Freezes, even AFTER the updates. Does not sync consistently, even AFTER updates. Reports from admin side of program don't match what imports into QuickBooks. This app is NOT ready for release. Several frustrating calls to tech support resulted in NO IMPROVEMENT. They insist that the app is not in beta, but three have only been 1k downloads. If were only wasting your subscription money, that would be a win. Instead I pay my bookkeeper to fight this terrible app every week, costing me dozens of labor hours.
1 ★Worst app ever. Slow, sluggish, freezes constantly. Takes minimum 5 minutes to clock in and at least 10 just to clock out. Sometimes even longer because it freezes and requires restart. Although the biggest problem is horrendous battery drain. It drained 10%!!!!!! while clocking in today.
4 ★Still kind of new to using this, but some days the geo fence doesn't work well, it punched me in 5 miles from my office this morning and I was sitting at my desk. The major complaint from my employees is that it drains their battery. I also turned off my auto sync because that would drain my battery as well. Still some kinks to work out, but all in all a good program.
5 ★Very stable, the login is quick and simple to set up. Just a couple minutes and I was up and running.
5 ★WorkMax is a great product and has no competition that even comes close to the features and abilities. What used to take hundreds of hours in manpower and salary expenses is now done within minutes, or even seconds, in real-time. Employees can now put much more of their time into areas of their expertise and profit making instead of paperwork and meetings.
