1 ★used to be a 5 star. Since new upgrade I have had these problems..... 1. Having trouble connecting to phone. 2. No longer RECORDS Rear for some reason. 3. Can't download rear and front recordings at the same time any more on the computer and phone, I now have to download them separately twice. Please fix this as I need the recordings.

T10S2 Version panel: OS version: 3.4.79 (2019-08-25) App version: 2.0.0.2 (2019-09-11) Phone: Model Galaxy Note 9 SM-N960N (Korea) OS Android 10, security patch December 2019 iRoad app: Version March 4th 2020 installed from Google app store. Does it need FW upgrade on T10S2 to work ? I bought my phone and T10S2 in Korea from local vendor who installed it in my car. I live in Korea.
5 ★Finally working on Android 10. You do not have to turn off "Mobile Data" or even "VoLTE" anymore. When you enter the app and try to connect, the video camera will prompt, "Press the Wifi button to register the smartphone". Just press it and you will hear the prompt, "Smartphone registered, User connected" and you are done. BTW, i'm on Samsung S9 Plus, android 10.
4 ★"X-9 camera, Motorola V-Force phone" Phone would not connect to camera via WiFi unless I turned off the mobile data on the phone. App works as it should otherwise. I would like to see more of setting options in the app that are available in the PC software. Like being able to turn off the camera's warning LED's...
2 ★After upgrade to latest iRoad app, i am unable to access n connect to my car device (V7) anymore. IRoad can find the device and prompt "Connect". But after click connect, the screen just flickers once and back to "Connect" screen again. The help menu doesnt have any contact info at all. How can i resolve this issue?
1 ★App is dysfunctional. The older app, while not that user friendly, worked at least. After updating the app to this current one, my camera can't be connected at all. When I try to troubleshoot it, the app keeps dying. I hope the app developers can do something about it, if not my car camera is quite useless.
1 ★Videos are truncated are weird timings like 3sec then 15 sec then 30sec then 4 sec. Why does this happen?? Will not record for a few seconds inbetween video clips which is significant as important video details are gone. Video comes out in AVI format which i cannot set to other format like mp4. Never changed setting but always the video format different by itself. Tried setting but no option to set. Disaster. Lousy app. Please dont buy if u read this
1 ★It was not usable after upgraded to the latest version. Now I cannot view the recorded video with my phone, which is Android 9. I owned both cameras, which were now useless without being able to view recorded video with my phone. Can the developer of the app look into the current useless app and quickly do an update to this app.
1 ★I use S10 mobile. It didn't connect with the dashcam (Korean model). When I tried to connect, it says the device is not authenticated. I changed the language of phone to Korean, then it connected to the dashcam. However, the app crashes and closes if I try to click on the connected device.
1 ★Used to be ok, but it's useless now. can't pair, can't connect, can't anything. trying to manage paired devices causes app to crash. Their other app also doesn't do anything. Please, please fix this. a screenless dvr with no way to access the recordings wirelessly is not very usefull, neither was it cheap.
1 ★To connect, one has to first turn off the mobile data in the phone settings. After so many bad reviews about this issue for so long, the company still does not bother to do anything. That show how "good and efficient" they are. Last iroad for me.

Nothing happened. Did : clear cache and clear memory apps Did : restart on/off Q9 Did : restart note 8 When we go to select device and selected device. Apps crash and immediately out from apps. Not sure what else to be done.
