Description
"LayerPaint" is a paint software that support multiple layers. Interface of LayerPaint is really simple, but it also contains most of the features necessary for mobile-painting (image editing).You can paint with switching Brush, Eraser, Line Draw, Fill Rectangle, Select Rectangle Region, Move, Bucket Tool, Gradation, Spoit, and Hand Tool.
For layer window, we offer Add, Delete, Move Down, Set Alpha, toggle Visible-Invisible. You can save working copy as a PSD(Photoshop) format, that preserve layer structure. From menu, you also operate Clear, Duplicate, and Merge Down layer.

1 ★I loved this app before but the new update has made it hard to use..... so disappointed
4 ★Cant praise this app enough. Does the job perfectly for getting simple sketches to more detailed work done. Brush access could be streamlined a little more i guess... if you want some thing more powerful i would check out 'Clover Paint' a little daunting at 1st but WOW! imports and exports PSD files via dropbox making projects fully mobile. Especially good on the note 10.1
5 ★At first glance I was unimpressed, but in about five minutes it all fell together. When I needed to get a sketch done fast, this app really showed its strengths. It is clear that the author understands how people draw, and the interface is about as fast and clever as possible. Every drawing app has strengths and weaknesses, but this one is now my first choice for almost every use.
4 ★I'm struggling to figure out what the squiggly line with off, 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 does. I know that it is meant to reduce pen jitter but in practice I see no difference with the modes. This is a great app for initial sketches. I use it in series with CloverPaint. Doing my initial sketch work in LayerPaint and then importing the PSD to CloverPaint to do the colour work and detail. I wish there was an android app that had a colour blend mode though!
4 ★A solid drawing app. For mobile, anyway. It would be great if you could name your files when you saved them and not have the program reset its tool settings to default whenever you closed the program. The only flaws of this app, in my opinion.
4 ★I should of bought this before buying Sketchbook Pro! LayerPaint is amazing! It simply strips down the most common essentials of art, and allows the user to quickly make awesome drawings without getting frustrated with tedious menus from other art applications. Simple, yet effective! The other thing I like about it is that some of the tools allows some unique drawings allowing you to skip the hard stuff at times. User friendly 4 sure! Request: If possible, could you add a watermark feature when we export our pictures to png? Thanks!
5 ★Performance is very good for 3 dollars. Drawing and coloring characters are easy with this app. You can add up a lots of layers and the option of 'clipping layers' helps a lot when magic wand tool is not available.
1 ★Normally I can get a refund within the first few minutes of using an app. I never had the option not even right after purchasing.This is not worth a single cent. Free apps can do more
5 ★The interface is well thought out. Tools are easy to reach and dnt require navigating through multiple menus. Switching colors is a breeeze. Drawing feels fluid,natural. Theres useful settings to improve your workflow, like pro mode. Take the time to get to know this app(which doesnt take long), and youll realize why its higly praised.You wont find many fancy brushes or extensive brush customization,but the brushes that are there are all you really need in my honest opinion.
1 ★Going for a 3 star until you can fix the super lag that now the note 10.1 with jellybean 4.1.2 has :(…Would it be possible to gives us the option to select and edit the stylus button from eraser to color picker at least, and smaller less intrusive ui? other than that, I love it!
1 ★I thought from the screenshots that this app would be a full featured painting application. But, in my opinion, it's not anywhere close to that for my tastes. First off, the lines and strokes I've drawn in the app, well, they are all jagged and full of artifacts. There doesn't appear to be any high definition rendering in the app, hence the jagged artifacts. Also, I figured that since this was a painting application, that it would offer many brushes and other painting tools. While it does have a few interesting tools like the gradient, you only get ONE single brush that I saw! Seriously, one single brush in a painting application?! That is insane in my opinion. There is only so much that I believe you can accomplish with one single type of brush. I am seriously disappointed with this app. With all of the other painting apps available on the Market, that offer so much more in my opinion. Well, I'm sorry to say that I'll be uninstalling this app and getting a refund. Thanks and God bless.
5 ★This app is the first app I use for sketching. Then I use the HD version for finishing up the drawing.
