1 ★App won't open anymore. Tells me no network connection. All my other apps work and internet is working. Have forced stop to reset, no change. Uninstall & reinstall, still nothing. Had been working fine until last couple of days. Working fine on my tablet, but not on my phone.
3 ★Been a QVC customer for a few years now and made my 1st purchase via the app. Order placed but there's no way (that i can see) of revisiting items on order after order placed and app exited. Other than that can't fault QVC.
5 ★Happy Shopper , very helpful if you have to phone customer service. All deliveries are usually 5 to 7 days. Easy returns if you need them. Very rare in my case !
3 ★Frustrating The app is good for shopping but not for checking your account for previous orders and returns. It would be helpful to have full access to accounts.
3 ★Buying the goods is simple and quickon your phone. The only bugbear is that its hard to see the goods you have ordered. Its not quick or simple to find. Although its very quick to buy/spend. Frustrating.
