The compass app works with a magnetic sensor (gyro sensor).
Not all smartphones and tablets have a magnetic sensor, so make sure your device has a magnetic sensor.

Also, if you are using a case with a magnet, or if there is a battery, another smartphone / mobile battery, an outlet, or other object that generates magnetism nearby, it may not function properly.
Please use it in a state where there is nothing that generates magnetism.
If you feel that the orientation is off, calibrate the magnetic sensor.
The magnetic sensor can be adjusted by turning the smartphone in a figure eight, so please try it.

Some models do not have a gyro sensor / magnetic sensor.
The compass does not work with that model, so please check with your dealer.
