Villages Concierge™ provides residents of The Villages, FL with an innovative new way to order home repair, home maintenance, and personal services. Simply press the Concierge Button, and an eager advocate will call back within seconds to arrange whatever service you might need.This app has been created exclusively for Concierge service providers (Vendors). The app provides vendors an easy means of logging activities in the field, while providing a measure of safety and security to the homeowner. This app works in conjunction with the Villages Concierge service, and is not a standalone product.
Scanning In and Out
This app allows service providers to scan the Concierge Member Code on the exterior of the Member's home, as you arrive and depart the residence.
Scanning the member code upon arrival logs the day and time of your arrival at the residence. Scan the member code once more to log your departure. The app allows you to make any helpful notes about the job, submit an invoice if the job is complete, and sends a notification to the member alerting them as to the status of the job. If the job is not complete, scanning out simply logs your departure, and you’re good to go.
Scanning in and out is quick and easy, yet provides a level of security to our members not found in other referral services. What's more, the system allows service companies to track activities of techs in the field.
Submitting Invoices
Scanning out prompts you to submit an invoice if the job is complete. If you submit invoices on-site using hand-written invoices, simply mark the job as complete when the app prompts you to do so, then snap a photo of the hand-written invoice using the app's "capture invoice" feature, and press submit.
If your company bills the customer from the home office, then the process is easier yet. Simply mark the job as complete, enter the dollar amount of the service you provided, and you’re on your way.
