1 ★My assets have been in this exchange for weeks but i can't withdraw because they haven't been verified. I want to move it to other exchanges that make it available in days, not weeks or months. #snailmailexchange
1 ★Customer service is terrible, you have to wait hours, to have a 5 minute window to reply, or start all over again, because they apparently can't/don't care to view past chats They refuse to honor a promotion, they owe me $10 and despite having the email proving such and not receiving it, they reuse the honor it and have even went as far as calling me a liar. All in all, the idea seems great, but due to their apparent dishonesty, I won't use them and wouldn't recommend them to others.

1 ★Horrible experience.. Its extremely hard to get your money back out, some of my crypto is still locked up at OkCoin. It's also very frustrating and confusing when trying to buy, sell, convert crypto. On top of everything the "help" section is awful.. the first time I used it I was able to chat with someone immediately, after that they must have took that option away because all I could find (several friends tried to find it also) was a questions page where you could submit you question. LAME.
1 ★Signed up online with a provided email.They did not have the crypto I wanted, and I chose to deactivate after about 10min of navigating. Customer service was fine until the email asked me for the I.D. I signed up with (I never sent them a picture of my I.D.). Now I get the the run-around and it's been about 5 days with several emails asking me to provide I.D. that I never gave them. I've been through 4 representatives and they all keep sending me the same email. Terrible site. Terrible service.
1 ★the app works beautiful but it doesn't allow you to get your money out very easily if at all you have to convert it to bitcoin or some other transferable coin and then you have to wait until that clears before you can take it out which takes forever so you're constantly chipping away at your money trying to get it out and then you find out they're charging you massive fees every time you trade something.
4 ★Uninstall and reinstall the app to fix the network error. Make sure you know your password, youll need it to set back up. The app itself is fine, ive sent money in and withdrawn my gains without any issue. I did get the network error others have complained about after a month or two of use of the app which was annoying but reinstalling the app fixed it. This app has some crypto you cant buy on other exchanges which makes it a sort of necessity for me but coinbase is simpler to use.
1 ★Their service is simple and efficient so long you DEPOSIT money. I've been trying for hours now to withdraw my money from them and others have tried for much longer going by other reviews, and none of us can get our money back yet. They are not easy to use either. It's bordering on making no sense. Make no mistake, it's super easy to deposit money but after that you can't do anything with your money. Use at your very own real risk.
1 ★I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS EXCHANGE. I have been trying to withdraw my money for hours now. The identity verification keeps freezing. App doesn't not function well. OkCoin was quick to take my money of course. It's a different story when trying to pull it out. DO NOT USE THIS APP IF YOU WANT ACCESS TO YOUR MONEY!!
3 ★verification process is a little finicky, wait times could be shortened, maybe could use some live support options too. other wise very clean Ui, clean setup and pleasant functionality. I give it a 3 because I have yet to unlock the full features of the app, verification.

WARNING - if you signed up and interact with this exchange exclusively on your phone, others are probably going to win your money. You need a computer to compete well in crypto.
