Currently only for LauncherPro Plus widgets. If you do not have the paid version of LauncherPro you will not be able to use this.This will not show up in your app drawer. Once installed you will need to manually select the skin for each widget that you wish to use it:
+ From any LauncherPro Plus home screen tap the "Menu" button > Tap "Preferences" > Tap "LP Widget Settings" > Tap the desired widget > Tap "Select Skin" > Tap "Red Vector" > Tap "Yes" to restart and your widget will now be skinned in tactical Red Vector
