5 ★I really enjoyed this game well worth the $4.00. It's controle are a little unresponsive at times but that more phone than game. The only really issue I have is with the actual gameplay. I have just finished the story and will be going back to 4 star all stages , but it's a very lengthy process as theirs no fastforward button which makes some levels a real grind to replay. That's about the only issue I have with the game lovely experience and easily recommended.
4 ★It's a very well made game, though basically not my thing. I've given it 4 stars, but it's important to know that my playtime was very short before uninstalling, so take my rating with a grain of salt. I don't much care for tower defense games, and while this one does it a bit differently, that is essentially what it is. I will say that the sound, graphics, and art style are all very high quality feeling. I bet if I did like tower defense games, I'd probably love this game.
3 ★Cute, but it got old after a few hours. The screen gets so crowded I felt like it was impossible to tap the unit I wanted to move. Cooldowns are brutal to the point of it feeling like there's not much for you to do. Overall, it takes too much attention to be a successful idle game but has too little to do moment to moment to feel engaging. Glad I got it through Play Pass.
3 ★Great game but with minor problems. I have noticed myself and others with problem loading the save file. I don't have that problem anymore but, the game is still too short. It is a new innovative gameplay and with cute little characters. I love the game but its lack of content only warrants a week of fun and that's it. The story is too short and the endless mode is simple and gets old quickly. I was hoping that there was a second map that continues the journey but unfortunately there is none.
4 ★I really liked playing this, and I will definately be sharing it with my younger siblings, but the UI isn't the best. The drag and drop for spells/units is fine, but the units are so small, upgrading a specific one is near impossible when they're practically on top of each other in combat. It might help if there was a quick access menu somewhere, where you could see a summary of the units you have summoned, or maybe letting the player zoom in more? Both adoable and beautiful graphics though.
1 ★I downloaded this game from the Google play pass. It's nice to get some easy upgrades. I backed out of the game by accident and when I restarted it and chose my save file it popped up a loading screen and then I could see my save slot but no back button when I had just chose my saved game. I could start over again, choosing a new save slot works but it will likely not let me restore my progress once I stop the next time. I enjoyed the first 3 levels and would like to rate higher. Please fix.
3 ★edit/reply I suppose I may have been a bit harsh with my review. Micro transactions are just taking over everything and I just wish anything that could be gotten with them would just be unlocked via normal progression. Not super hard mode. Not extra trials. No 3/3 stars or 44/44 collected items. ( not that you do all of these) I just miss the games of yesteryear. cute game ok not great
5 ★Really cute and fun tower defense game. The more units are on screen though, the slower the game is and less it reacts to you. I won't reduce the rating for it though bc my phone is old.
2 ★The game is plenty of fun, and quite enjoyable over time. However, I cannot load a save file, or a cloud save, Plus an online requirement just to start the game when it has a local save doesn't make any sense and make it impossible to play while I'm traveling, or have some downtime at work.
2 ★Probably a great game on other platforms, but not on mobile. Text is really hard to read. It is difficult to click on a specific unit to move or upgrade. When you finally can move them, they will ignore you and move on their own--ranged units will charge new enemies even though they would be better positioned by not moving from where I put them. Some enemies (loonatics) cause the game to lag so bad it is unplayable, even if only one or two of them is on the screen.
5 ★Reminds me of tower defense games like Kingdom Rush but with a twist. Your main object is to escort your main player to the end of the road. Along the way are waves of enemies which you can fight off from spawning guardians around your main piece. Easy to learn buttons, very enjoyable and strategic. Any defence tower fans out there I highly recommend you guys try this out. There's no pay to win or gacha shops, everything is obtainable from hard work. Good Luck!
4 ★I really like this game!! I hate that people like to pick apart a game just because it wasn't taylor made for them. I say go ahead and make your own "perfect" game. Anyway, this game is cute, and the characters were made with care and imagination. The game plays well and is made entertaining by the cute animations through the battles. The monsters are well rounded and instead of being just anonymous pixels, the devs gave each one a beastiary entry to flesh them out. GREAT GAME MADE WITH LOVE!
