Note that this is not a standalone app. Apply icon pack from launcher's settings after install. For best result set the icon size to 95%.

To apply custom icons:
Apex Launcher and Nova Launcher Prime: Place shortcut on homescreen > Long press on shortcut and select Edit > Press on the app icon > Select (from) Icon Pack > Select Big Pixel > Choose the icon you want to apply.
Desktop Visualizer: at the DVR setup screen > Press Select Icon > Select Others > Select Big Pixel > Choose the icon. (Custom icons are located at the end of the list)
