Jumpo é um app cientificamente desenvolvido em parceria com o Laboratório de Treinamento de Força da Universidade de Brasília para medir o desempenho físico durante saltos verticais. Saltos verticais são excelentes para medir o efeito de um programa de treinamento, bem como monitorar a fadiga induzida por uma rotina de exercícios.Com o Jumpo, utilize a camera do seu smartphone selecione: 1) decolagem e 2) aterrisagem. Pronto! Jumpo calculará para você a altura do salto, força, velocidade e potência. Isso tudo baseado em estudos científicos (pubmed/18789803).
Calcule também o Índice de Força Reativa em saltos em profundidade (drop jump) com seu Jumpo. Nesta análise Jumpo permite a você medir o tempo de contato com o solo e a altura do salto.
