1 ★Cant set up WiFi. Have made sure I'm connecting to 2.4ghz and well in range, have tried at least a dozen times on two separate occasions, always takes so long to get round to 100% and even if it gets that far the message is 'connection failure' (usually fails long before the 100%!).

1 ★Solid start but two major problems. No way to buy replacement parts...., and the device doesn't retain info on where it encountered an issue or obstruction. If it was not for these problems this would be a 5 star rating.

1 ★To register there's a place for email/phone and password. And there is also a button to SEND PIN. The pin might or might not come, but when it does, there's no place to enter the "verification code" and so I get a message that the code does not match.

3 ★The robot was delivered yesterday. Still unable to lock wifi on it. Can't use any remote features. Unless they fix it soon will have to return it. Edit 30 Oct - Called Cambium India support. They helped me connect to wifi. Also sent a video to help fix the mop attachment. Good support. The app however is very basic and not upto expectations. Hope future upgrades will be good.

1 ★After the newest update it is impossible to keep the device online. Have to turn it off and on to get it online which lasts for few minutes. Completely useless!

3 ★Thanks to previous reviewer who noted you have to hold down the right button (looks like a house) for 5 seconds before scanning the QR code, that worked for me.

3 ★The app works fairly well, but every time I start it up it had to draw a new floorplan. I don't know if this is how it's intended to work or something I'm doing, but the map shouldn't have to be drawn each time.

1 ★App started to stop working. It won't connect to the internet. It is connect to the internet. Fix your app please. Or I will never recommend your product again.

4 ★I enjoy the vacuum cleaner. The app is pretty basic but allows some control of the device. Can't link the app with Google Assistant. Can't specify an area to clean in the app.

1 ★The app stopped working today...everytime it is showing internet connection failure...despite there is internet connection and every other app is working fine...

3 ★This finally got connected to Max which i purchased recently and was working okay but the new update is pathetic as now Robot is hitting charging dock while cleaning so one have to be on guard for that. Please fix this
