This notification widget will allow you to quickly navigate to the data settings page and toggle the data connection.This is for those who don't have that option in their notification area/drawer.
On Jelly Bean and delow, the widget will turn off/on the data connection. On Lollipop and above, that ability was removed by Google and the widget will simply take you to the data settings screen.
