Die App hallo!Eltern ergänzt die bewährte Klassenpinnwand der Education Group. Sieeröffnet Möglichkeiten zur schnellen sowie gezielten Kommunikation zwischen
Erziehungsberechtigen und Lehrkräften. Kommunikation, die bisher über das klassische
Mitteilungsheft abgewickelt wurde kann jetzt komfortabel mit hallo!Eltern über das
Smartphone erfolgen und beide Elternteile / alle Erziehungsberechtigten sind somit immer
up-to-date.
Die Funktionalitäten im Überblick:
Nachrichten lesen und bestätigen
Sie erhalten Mitteilungen der Lehrkraft einfach über die App. Falls die Lehrkraft eine
Lesebestätigung anfordert, kann diese bequem über das Handy abgesetzt werden. Die
Lehrkraft erhält die Bestätigung und sieht von wem sie wann bestätigt wurde. Für Eltern mit Migrationshintergrund wird eine automatisierte Übersetzung in die gewählte Sprache
angeboten.
Teilnahme an Abstimmungen
Auch einfache Umfragen können über die App abgewickelt werden. Die Lehrkraft erstellt
dazu eine Abstimmung. Als Elternteil können sie dann aus den vorgegebenen Optionen
wählen und so Ihre Stimme oder eine Bestellung wie z. B. für Schulmilch abgeben.
Krankmeldung
Auch Krankmeldungen für Ihr(e) Kind(er) können Sie einfach über die App machen. Hierzu
wählen Sie das Startdatum und schicken die Info ab.
Direkte und schnelle Information an Lehrkräfte
Der Versand von Nachrichten an die Lehrkraft ist selbstverständlich auch möglich. Info kann somit schnell und auf direktem Weg übermittelt werden.
Hinweis: Die App wurde speziell für Volksschulen konzipiert und ist zu Beginn nur in
oberösterreichischen Volksschulen im Einsatz. Damit Sie hallo!Eltern verwenden können,
brauchen Sie eine entsprechende Einladung durch die Lehrkraft Ihres Kindes. Für weitere
