TNEB Charge Calc and Payment is an OFFLINE app which helps in calculating the bill amount based on the units consumed. Currently TNEB has different rates for various types of consumers and rate calculations for each of the below are available with this Application.1. Domestic Household.

Also there is a predict feature which helps in predicting your EB bill (for 2 months period) based on the units consumed for a particular number of days. For example, if 20 units are consumed in 10 days the number of units that would be consumed in two months would be provided along with the bill amount (Assuming same rate of consumption is followed).
Another option is available where the slabs for various consumers are displayed. There is also payment option in this app, if you are online.
