O aplicativo Central do funcionário facilita o controle da marcação de ponto dos colaboradores que trabalham fora da empresa e ou necessitam de um meio alternativo de registro de ponto, mantendo a segurança da informação e o controle da jornada.A aplicação é gerenciada de forma integral pela área de RH da empresa contratante. Configurações, que vão desde a liberação da marcação do ponto até a inserção de justificativas.
O APP permite acompanhar o cartão ponto e indicadores como extras, faltas, atrasos, entre outros. Solicitar ajustes no ponto, lançar de justificativas, e fazer o acompanhamento destas solicitações. O aplicativo pode ser utilizado tanto por funcionários, quanto por gerentes fazerem o acompanhamento da sua equipe.
Principais funcionalidades:
• Inclusão de ponto manual;
• Inclusão de registro de ponto offline;
• Possui indicadores com o saldo do banco de horas, horas extras e faltantes;
• Visualização do cartão ponto, com detalhes sobre as extras e faltas. Solicitação de ajustes e justificativas;
• Opção para adicionar uma imagem do atestado ou comprovante médico, junto a justificativa;
• Alterar dados cadastrais.
Tipos de registro de ponto: manual, geolocalização, reconhecimento facial, inclusão de foto.
