Requirements:
- For notifications, school or district has SchoolMessenger notification service subscription with SchoolMessenger app enabled
- For notifications, valid email address on file with your school or district
- WiFi or data plan for internet access
- Android 4.4 or higher

Download SchoolMessenger APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:

1 ★Everytime I log in even after I hit save password it requires my password. I don't remember my password that's why I get it to remember it for me. When I reset my password it always gives me a problem 😡 despise this app!!But I have to have it for my child's school
1 ★app never remembers password or stays logged in, copy my password from my password manager and paste tells me wrong password or country every time, end up needing to use forgot password and reset every time I want to use app to read notifications from kids teacher.
1 ★Similar to many other parents, I find this app work inconsistently - at best. Will not stay logged in, notifications rarely work; for the past few weeks I cannot even log in at all. Our school board sent out an email acknowledging that this app was not working but most issues have not been corrected by the developer. If it was not required by our school system, this app would have been uninstalled ages ago.
2 ★I frequently have trouble logging in and/or reading the messages. I wished it worked more reliably. I do keep this around on my phone just in case, but usually stay logged out. I prefer to just receive my childrens' school communication through regular e-mail and report attendance using the Web portal on my PC instead of the app. I also am unable to change my password and/or add my spouse?
1 ★I was excited about the school announcing the use of a new platform. Usually any change is for better, but then I find that with this app I have to take more steps (than the app the school was using before) to report an absence and it always opens at the message page which is really annoying and you can not change in the settings. Finally, what really bothers me is that there is no way to mark the unread messages as read all at once, you have to do it one by one and clicking each. No way!
1 ★This app used to be good. It used to give you a notification through email which was good. But now you either can't log in it usually says "Oops something went wrong try again later ". I am trying to report an absense to the school I don't have time for this. So I just call the school now. They need to really fix this app so it can be easy for parents to use or the school should try a different app instead of this one.
1 ★Very unreliable application. The intention is good. But being a teksavvy person I can't imagine those poor parents who aren't. The app forces you to sign in every time, and most of the time you get error messsges about wrong user, location, and/or password. I have tried clearing the cache, re installing and the issues reappear. I rather pay a fee to get reliable information about my kids on time. School boards should re-evaluate this app for communication purposes.
1 ★Horrible app. I had to reset my password twice, and it still doesn't recognize my credentials. Ended up having to phone the school regarding my childs absence. Even when I try logging on on my computer, it just keeps cycling, never connects. And a message keeps popping up that the connection was lost with the server, or an unexpected error occurred.
1 ★I hate this app. It should have a "remember me" option, shouldn't hesitate so long to log in, and should be aware that the high school start time is 8:30, not 9am. If my daughter is going to be 15 minutes late, I have to report it as half an hour. Worst app I've ever used. Half the time it won't even log on. Please find something new next year, TVDSB.
1 ★Not sure which audience this app is designed for but the end user is not one them! It's hard to log in with any consistency and super clunky to navigate. It doesn't help that our school board gave parents little time and instructions on how to use it. I'd say it takes about a good 10 mins to log an absence, and when your trying to get to work and your kids have the latest school bug going around it's VERY inconvenient.
2 ★I find this app unpredictable. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Can't update my preferences. I get a notice saying missing header try again. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and it's up to date. Would also like to be able to mark child absent for half a day or late. And there is no option for signing your kid out early. I still have to call and speak to a person. Needs a lot of work.
1 ★The latest version doesn't have student Attendance option. Hi, support: Thanks for your reply. my account is linked properly. I could see my child's name, and I am still seeing it right now. This is intermittent problem. Many of us couldn't find "Attendance" from App this morning. It is showing up now, I didn't change any setting. Some friends is having same issue today. It is definitely software, database, or your server's problem. Henry
