Rise of Castles is a Massive Multi-Player, Real-Time strategy war game. 1 ★This is absolutely the worst game I've come across yet I should have read the reviews before looking at the rating and getting it!!! DONT DO IT GUYS you have to spend hundreds of dollars it's okey untill about level 9-10 then it's set to be impossible without money and all other players will attack because your new if your up for spending like easy $1000 a week for a couple of years just to keep up and get anywhere then this is for you the ad is from another game pfft it's 💯 a pay to win game!
1 ★its ok. its a spenders game. alot of glitches and bugs. and still unbalanced when it comes to attacking and defending. Also opposing enemy states should not be able to be bubbled when taking tiles during roc in a enemy state. Also why have a option for roc wars at +16 when u can even be protected for that long. its pointless. roc grouping are a joke..
1 ★It advertises it self as the modern successor to age of empires. The original Age of Empires is soooo much better. This isn't even pay to win, this is pay to play. Surely paying users to give a 5 star review should be illegal, yet the game says give 5 star review and they'll pay me in game currency. I'd give the game a 0 star review if Google would allow it. The ingame instructions keep bugging out, telling me to click things that I can't (eg a blank area) have to keep force closing and restart.
2 ★This game is fun and addictive. But where gambling sites have protecions to avoid overspending, Rise of Empires actively promotes buying more, and more with no user protections in place. The devs will tell you its a free to play game. I guess there is no subscription so technically yes. However, the amount of call to actions to encourage spending is huge - and not small spends either. Designing it so that in order to get anywhere on the game without being cannon fodder for your nearest paying rival, you need to pay to play.
5 ★Downloaded and trying just for a friend. Nothing more.😂 Too many things to pay for and the chat is buggy, Alliance Mail too many limitations. So highly paid, with slow efforts and lack graphics/UI(pixelated bin my 4k supporting device). If you pay one month you can reach highest Castle Level, if not take months to years. Especially without farms. Tutorials no use, you need to ask veteran players. For their monthly income...the way the game is, is just ridiculous. Top grossing, but lack efforts

Starts of good until your beginner shield drops and you get consistently hammered by the people that have been there for longer than you and spent a lot of cash on the game to ensure they win every battle, wiping out your troops and taking all of your resources with very few losses themselves. An ingame bar on this kind of activity might make it playable. You will need to spend a serious amount of cash to make it playable. I looked at the packages and was tempted but
2 ★Game is great until yesterday when my reign of chaos skills stopped working and it's been 24 hours since I opened a support ticket and it's still not fixed. I guess this it the end of the game for me
1 ★This game became too expensive. The best heroes(season heros) cost about 300$. That's the price you need to pay for getting one that matches your class and to awake it. Then if you consider that each legion requires 3 heroes then the cost shots to the moon. Do yourself a favor and do not install this app and waste your time and money on it
1 ★The game itself is meh, just OK, nothing original, reminds me of 4 or 5 other games i've tried in the past. Any in game upgrades (buildings, troops, crafting, tech research) all cost a ton of resources, which are NOT easy to get enough of and they take way too long once you get past lvl 10 and up. The typical $ spending bully filled alliances rule and the $ poor crybaby alliances get zeroed to death. It has it's good and bad. Too bad the delusional $ greedy devs lie n give B.S. lip service!
1 ★Wow, was I wrong.The game is honestly just bad. I was hopeful at first until I realized the dirty truth. A:This is a major pay to win and the elites most definitely have endless pockets. B:The in game communication is trash and even after being barraged with messages from thousands of players to fix it the Dev's can only reply: it must be you phone settings. And C: This game is lawless the Dev's do not care if you are cheating or breaking rules at all they only act when you cheat them money.
4 ★Great game, I am guessing that I am not alone in promising myself that I would play the game without having to boost my chances by paying and probably like many others I ended up paying to stand a chance. It would be great to get further without having to pay-to-play !
1 ★This game is not a strategy game, at first you will have to spend continuous money and time on the game, Even after spending money you have to be Lucky enough to fight game AI to find perfect Hero and their duplicates. This doesn't stop on just finding and maxing heroes. Even after you spend all the money they want, you may loose PvP battles because the battles depends upon what skills your heroes are using. No matter how better your specs are.... Opponent can still beat you if they are lucky.
