On Android 5.x and newer versions:

On Android 4.x:
Open Settings -> Language & Input, under “KEYBOARD & INPUT METHODS” section, check Hindi Photo Keyboard, then click Default and select “Myanmar Photo Keyboard” in the “Choose input method” dialog.
