1 ★Cannot even register. The only ways to register are biometric ident. (not every goddamn phone has NFC. eID using some stupid card solution which noone has. OR by going to a branch. WHICH is a great!!! solution during the corona pandemic or while you are abroad, where you have no access to a branch. So basically you are left with no bank. Ridiculous solution in this time and age. Might as well ask everyone to present a unicorn to register. Do you guys yourselves think this is good enough?
1 ★When it works its great,but after you change you device it is a disaster to geting it to work. Must take free from work to visit my bank again to activate it. I have the same sim card and make a back up, but noting wit this app is simple. Wy can it not be activated via my internet banking? There ar your inlog details etc. That must be enough to get you back online. But no! Again to the bank stand in line take free from work thank you not so smart ID.
3 ★It's ... just OK. This forced "super secure way of authentication" is nothing more than "just OK". Yeah can log in to my bank account and that's it. It's 2019, fingerprint scanners are everywhere, add that feature, and also multiple accounts, do you expect people to carry around multiple smart phones for each of their bank accounts??? Seriously?
1 ★it say there is no internet connection when I do have internet connection otherwise I wouldn't be able to write this comment!!! no instant support, have to wait 2 working days which means I will not be able to use my bank all weekend and 2 more days! avoid at all cost ! so sad this is the only option for my bank.
1 ★I was using Smard ID for a few months first week no problems then it all started u try to login to tour bank account u wait for the code to show up for like 10 seconds sometimes a minute. Well then My phone needed a full reset becausw it became laggy and my job doesnt have time for lag so i reseted my phone and totally forgot that i should read YOUR INTERNET SITE FOR 2 HOURS TO SEE THAT I NEED TO MAKE A COPY OF THE APP. I guess SMARD ID not so smart after all so now i need to go to bank again...
1 ★Cannot register through online bank because smart id "self built in browser" says it is outdated, this app does not make any sense, worst experience with apps.
2 ★tells me i don't have a secure connection even though nothing has changed in my phone since last using it, now can't log in
1 ★Connection is not secure, poor internet connection, service unavailable - all of that in just one session. Фекалия злосчастная.
3 ★The app does not work stable when using mobile data. App is openned, I'm able to enter my security code, but when browser is openned I get "This site can't be reached" message. Sometimes after some attempts to refresh, it works. But I was not so lucky to complete any financial transaction.
1 ★Bank suggested trying biometric identification instead of going to the bank and setting everything that way. I thought to myself: that'll be like walk in a park. Boy was I wrong. Camera view always up side down. Adding, removing, change lighting setting only return ambiguous response. It feels like you're feeding random pictutes into the learning dataset because multiple attempts yelded no progress whatsoever.
1 ★UPDATE: the previous problem was fixed at the local bank. DOES NOT WORK ON MULTIPLE DEVICES! FALSE ADVERTISING!!!! Tried to connect to my bank account today and smart ID showed, that it's on some renews or something, tried after one hour and it just didn't work, the bank shows that I don't even have a smart ID account. Reinstalled the app and my account dissappeared so now i have no access to my bank and money.
1 ★Registrating an account with Swedbank kept crashing. to fix the issue, had to use developer setting on phone, Which would not be possible for majority of users. possible cause might be due to the fact that new android phones do not use webview app anymore, disabling chrome on ur phone and enabling multiproccess webviewe in developer options fixed the issue for me. Such an important app SHOULD NOT HAVE THESE KIND OF ISSUES
