Fuji pass from Fujikyu for 2 days.Process was very simple. 2nd time was helping us get a Tokyo wide JR pass,again very simple. Third time was when we weren't sure which platform to take in Chiba, but using the check and ride function, I took a photo of a digital train timetable and the app confirmed we were on the right platform. What a relief! Extremely happy with this app!

3 ★While this app is quite useful to plan subway and train trips, the pedestrian walk GPS is a pure nightmare. The app can either display a static map between you and the station to walk to or a dynamic map but without the itinerary. Why not interact with Google Maps and make everyone's life easier??? PS: The app requires a monthly fee, without which it is completely useless... Edit: Please fix this annoying bug with Check & Ride that displays a black screen on the camera!
1 ★Google maps provides the same and often better information for free, doesn't keep asking to upgrade to premium plans. I've used this once or twice, also worth noting it keeps running in the background constantly.
5 ★Very good app for trip planning inJapan. Not sure if it is accurate. Can't wait to find out next trip.
2 ★We have a JR RAIL PASS and it appeared I could reserve seats on the Shinkanen using our pass but that is not possible so this app is useless, found Google maps far better for everything.
5 ★The best part about the app is that it will optimise your route by default if you have a JR Pass, which Google doesn't do automatically.
