1 ★App sucks. I downloaded and non stop ads. The app is no different than the internet explorer. Can't navigate it to where I need it to. It continuously does not set my store. It takes me back through the same step or to the direction. Very pointless to download the app. I would not recommend it. Just a waste of space on your phone. Just use the internet explorer. You'll get the same experience.
1 ★What's the point of the app if anytime you shop it directs you to the website?
1 ★If I could give this app 0 stars, I would. It took me 2 hours to order 5 items. Granted, an hour of that was searching for the items. But the last hour was adding everything back to my cart after it was emptied out numerous times, and then re-entering billing information and shipping address about 10 times because the app kept backing up to an empty cart. Afterward I recieve a confirmation number. yet cannot see my order on my profile. This needs serious work. Should of went to Walmart.
1 ★Needs a lot of improvement. The app has an ad at the top that I have to constantly close telling me to download the app, that I'm currently using. The navigation isn't great and the search doesn't bring up everything related to the terms I type out. The part of the page I can scroll and search with is less than half the page, the rest is useless decoration, the stupid ad I mentioned earlier, and the logo.
1 ★The app kept jumping back and forth from the home screen to what I was looking at. Every time I click on an item to look at it closer my screen would turn white and I would be unable to get off so I had to restart my phone multiple times. I am extremely frustrated with this. I went into a party city near me to order balloons and they told me to do it on the app because it would be "much easier" that is obviously not the case. Definitely do not recommend this app, you're better off going online.
1 ★The app will not search for what you put in, just takes one word it recognizes and brings it all up. I was unable to select a store to actually be able to order things for pick up. The app was very slow. My whole goal was to order online and pick up in store, if stores aren't ready to do this, don't say you are. Now I do not even want to shop there. It's mostly crappy products anyway, and then to be told I can order online and pick up in store, but not actually have the follow through, delete
1 ★Absolute garbage app. Everytime I want to set my order as pickup the app would crash. So I used my PC and of course, the site was down and not working (this was at 1130 at night, there couldn't have been much site traffic) So I called the next day to set up a curbside pickup and guess what? You can only order using the app!! Complete busch league move by Party City.
1 ★Gets stuck continously and I have to log out and log back in... it's took me over an hour to complete my order. Please fix this!
1 ★The latest update has made the app completely unusable. You can't scroll, the screen jumps, and it takes ages to load anything if/when you are ever able to get anywhere within the app. In the digital age one would think that companies would focus more attention to their own digital presence.
1 ★Not only did it keep freezing and closing out while I was shopping, it end up deleting my 40+ items from the cart when I was ready to make the purchase, yet the items had remained in my cart under my account on the website in Chrome. Only the app deleted my cart, reminding me why I uninstalled it in the past. The app has been completely unreliable in my experience.
2 ★This app is not at all user friendly. It's frustrating and tedious to use. Unfortunately, I was forced to deal with it because Party City in-store employees were even worse to deal with than this app. I wish I could have taken my business elsewhere but I needed a helium balloon bouquet and they were the only place nearby. Their delivery service was nice, but not nice enough to make me want to shop with them again
1 ★The app is very slow. It does what it wants. When I tried customizing party supplies it kept exiting the app and I'd have to do it all over again. When I tried to upload my daughter's pictures it kicks me out and none of my progress was saved. Needs a lot of work party city. I am disappointed! It's very frustrating.
