1 ★I can't register my prepaid sim card, I tried many times and always unsuccessful.
2 ★Used to be a useful app but realised that it has deteriorated over time. The fishing game was really buggy as it shows that I have caught a fish but the app says the fish got away. Singtel's data network is not good either. Whenever I'm on a bus, the network keeps dropping to 3G and it causes my app to crash. Tried with other telcos and was able to obtain 4G data everytime. :/

1 ★I purchased one prepaid sim and trying to register through this hi app. I am not able to found a registration option or section in the app. Only it asks a screen with the mobile number to login. Misleading app and information in website. Now I can't do anything with the SIM I purchased for $8. Disappointing...

1 ★Deceiving app. Data bucket balance shown in the main screen NEVER shows of which how much are for the night. Most of the plans include night data even if you have wifi at home etc. and never use data at night. Night time data continue to accumulate and shows AS IF you have plenty of bucket balance. NEVER EVER set main account to auto top up otherwise you'll be receiving bills everyday once your day time bucket balance become zero!! Should look for other carriers SIM for alternatives.

1 ★This is so bad application that I have used.Don't top up with these application. My DBS was deducted $10 for two time.When I topped up with DBS visa card for $10 , the first OTP was not successful and it showed error.So I tried for second time.It was successful/But When I checked my DBS acc balance , $20 was deducted. But my sim card was topped up $10 only. Please reply and take action for these.
