1 ★This app won't connect to my go-tcha. That's right... the device's OWN app won't connect to it. But we expect POGO to connect to it? My device needs an update. Why can't I connect to this app? Stuck on Found Device. Yellow wheel just keeps on spinning. Very disappointing, because when everything works it is awesome.
1 ★I have never gotten it to work. It connects, recognize one item on the map (pokemon or stop) then disconnects. Been trying of on on to use this thing for almost a year. I wish I could get my money back. Out of every one I meet that plays pogo, 1 in 20 can get there's to work. Dont buy one.

2 ★11-15-20.. have two that quit working and bought a new one that won't save settings. These are no longer useful. Needs an update. Won't hold settings.
1 ★While my Go-Tcha itself is great, the app appears to be broken. It says it has found the device, but the yellow ring just spins forever. Not entirely sure what it is supposed to do at this point.

4 ★It makes the Gotcha work as Pogo Plus. 👌 I had difficulty connecting for the first time, but it is apparently a common issue with low-battery devices. A full charge fixed it. App Developers, please consider including a battery life insicator/reader. 🙏
1 ★Don't even download this at all. Just use the screen on your bracelet only. This app just causes issue and make the device not work. Works perfect without it
1 ★Used to work great on a lower-level phone. Now that I've upgraded, it almost never connects. When it does (after MANY attempts), it will collect stops and catch 'mons at a much lower rate than before. The comments about the quality of the phone used are baseless and pure speculation. Datel, please support your customers and fix some of these issues. There hasn't been any updates in months. I'd love to be able to recommend your products to others, but I can't until you fix these problems.
1 ★I own 2 gotchas, for about a year. They have connection issues, won't spin stops when ANY pokemon are nearby to catch, and are simply slow to catch/spin, but not worthless. Until now. Now both show as connected and set to both spin and catch, but do neither. Issue started at same time for both. Almost a year since an update, so other issues should have been resolved by now, not even including this failure. I'll wait a week, then I tell anyone who listens to avoid these like the plague. 3/12/19
1 ★Extremely frustrating. Try and avoid using this app unless you're desperate to find out catch rates (I'm averaging about 35% right now, which is honestly pretty awful, Gotcha...) or turn off animations. It's frustrating to connect to (you have to have it in the charging cradle and have it disconnected from Pogo), and it's even more frustrating to disconnect to! (You have to open the Gotcha app again, then close it, then forget the device from Bluetooth/clear cache, and repair.) Avoid.
