Whether it’s a pothole, street light out, graffiti, flooding or other local problems that are a safety hazard or eyesore, the VB Works app makes reporting a problem easier than ever. The app uses your GPS to identify your location, provides a list of appropriate issues, and also allows you to snap a photo to add to your service request. Reports are automatically sent to the city and routed to the appropriate city department for resolution.
