- Quản lý chi tiết tất tần tật mọi thứ: từ nhà trọ, phòng trọ, cho đến tiền trọ, người trọ, chi phí.
- Báo cáo thông tin theo tháng, theo quý, theo năm với nhiều lựa chọn (doanh thu, chi phí, lợi nhuận…) theo các biểu đồ rất trực quan và sinh động.
- Dễ dàng đăng thông tin phòng trọ lên bản đồ để các người trọ khác có thể tìm thấy.
