A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.
Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?
A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading). As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.
Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?
A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.
Q: What are Android App permissions?
A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

3 ★Great app in theory but too buggy. also great service from the team. If you email them with a picture of your plant they will help identify it! Still too many bugs though. I often have plants that it thinks I haven't watered and then I no longer get notifications for that plant
3 ★At first I really enjoyed the app! But then it started to have some issues... For instance when ever I want to delete a plant from my plant list the app just crashes! But the design of the game is really cute. But there are other issues that need to be discussed
3 ★Doesn't sent notifications that I have to water my plants. So I have to think about opening the app, to see if there's watering to do... and I forget to do that quite often or I wouldn't have installed a plant app. It also doesn't have all the plants, so made a request to add a certain plant I own. But they never got back to me, not was I even informed of a decision to add or not to add it...
3 ★The idea is great, I like that it knows the frequency of watering. But it stopped making watering schedule for some of my plants, for example I have an Anthurium which is showing as 'needed water 14 days ago', it definitely needed watering since then. I'll be waiting for a fix!!!
4 ★I like the app as a whole but there are a few hiccups. Positives: - Firstly, tracking watering and fertilizing of my ~15 plants is awesome as someone who can be a bit forgetful. - Naming and tracking growth of my plants is also great. Negatives: - Despite having my language set as English, and being in Canada, all of the articles on the homepage are in Dutch. Links to plants and the plantsome website also direct me to the dutch site. - I can't update my plants at all without the app crashing.
2 ★Has potential but keeps falling short. Unable to upload photos of my plants, the options there it just never works. Have tried to add the same plant several times, the save just isn't saving it. Other plants worked fine. 🤷🏼♀️ Have tried to add one plant a number of times, I click the plant name but it doesn't respond.
4 ★Dear developers. First of all I love the app and will continue using it, but therefor I hope you could fix a bug. I cannot update any of my plants, since it will make the app crash as soon as I want to proces these changes. (tried to change the height of my plant and also I moved it to a place with much more sun)
4 ★Keep getting verification error. When opening the app, it keeps telling me that my email is not verified, but it is. Plus when trying to ''chat with us'', I'm not getting an email address to send my issues to. So support is impossible. Do like the new lay-out of the app!
3 ★Seems like a good app. Problem with the fertilization time. Says Nan. Another problem is when you send for customer support it replies via email in German not English. Also, when asks to verify email the link brings you to an error page. I am unable to confirm email.
3 ★A lot of common plants are missing. for instance: common ivy and the kentia palm (howea forsteriana). would be nice to just have a list with the latin names with details added later (based on popularity or something. Selecting a photo option does not open the camera but only does folder selection.
2 ★The app seems to be stuck in Dutch. When I try to open the store it takes me to the Netherlands extension. I've checked my settings and the location I correct in BC and the language is set to English. I think I would enjoy the app more if I could understand it
3 ★Good, but missing information. I was shocked to realize that there's no information on the humidity preferences of plants, as some in winter need to be around humidifiers whereas others aren't picky. I feel like this could be crucial in plant mom/dad care, and would really appreciate this being added!
