2 ★I sent multiple times proposals for changes but still noting. The app hasn't improved since I started using it (18 months). Otherwise the idea is great but a lot more details are needed. Possibility of downloading the data to excel or any other file format it will be precious so the users can do their own analysis. 5' bars graph should be also customizable with an option to see performance per minute or two. Players not always play 90' so the targets need to be adjusted accordingly with percenta

1 ★Can't connect my pod since I was forced to update the App !

1 ★Before this app came out, playertek was brilliant. They brought this out and the pod doesn't work anymore. It syncs once then after I use it, it won't sync at all. I have to delete the pod off the app and then resync it which then after it connects says there's no session. I try again and then no pod available. The tech lot have given up and now say I need to buy a new pod. So the pod was fine, they change the app, the pod is now not working and now I have to buy a new one! Scam all over it.

3 ★The session doesn't work very often so it appears as I have skipped sessions when the device just isn't working sometimes. Need to fix

4 ★Great App, recently the leader board has not been working. Have over a dozen sessions loaded for the year and no leaderboard displaying. Still asks to sync a session.

1 ★Do not purchase these. Had non stop issues since buying and they won't swap mine out for a new one. Never snycs, can't find the device on my phone either. All they say is its out of warranty now sorry. Never worked properly from day 1. An expensive mistake

1 ★PLS DO NOT BUY FROM CATAPULT! Purchased this sensor for my son, as he trains with a local team. Very, very disappointed to say the least!! 😠 There is no application called PLAYR, instead they have renamed it, and linked it to this SHITE one, which does not find the PLAYR pod, even though his mobile phones Bluetooth can see that the sensor is transmitting!! Poor app - Fact!

1 ★Again, same issue as others with a Playertek pod. Cannot sync, cannot use the pod and zero response from customer support despite several emails. Very frustrating and looking like a lot of money wasted unless the issue is resolved quickly.

1 ★Tons of tech issues...tracking while out of the vest, continuously fail to sync, won't reset,...save your money.

1 ★Another PlayerTek Pod owner here, my pod no longer syncs in the new app or the playertek app as my login has been disabled. Now my pod is useless and although I did contact support, I have yet to receive a response.
