2 ★Every time I close and open a file the background square of an item shrinks and the text in it comes out of the square. Very ugly. If I repair it with spaces, the spaces are truncated upon closing and reopening. Please fix this bug. The photos here show how the text is nicely aligned in the centre. That's not the case in reality.
5 ★The app works excellent, love the variety of templates and features. A little thing that I hope is improved is that sometimes, I see text spilling from text boxes when I revisit a mindmap and text in summary boxes sticks to the margins. Default margins to keep them just a little away from the edges would be great. Thankyou for the app!!!
1 ★I recently had the opportunity to try out XMind, and unfortunately, my experience has been less than satisfactory. In terms of quality and usability, I must say that XMind falls short of my expectations.
5 ★It's fabulous. I'd grumbled before because you couldn't select multiple items and change their styles all at once. But hey, this is a touchscreen, nott a desktop PC—so you can just leave the style box open, change one item, and tap-tap-tap to change the rest. Thanks for this swell mind-expanding app!
2 ★I have tried a lot of mind mappers and this is by far the best one in the world, but it makes me crazy it doesn't allow search in mind maps and doesn't have cloud support for syncing my mind maps! I'd be definitely a big fan of your product and I will pay for it if you add these two very simple features.
2 ★Can't search and cross platform sync has much to be desired. I use a laptop for my major mind map editing and my phone to read them. It's annoying to have to constantly import for every update I make on my laptop. Hopefully xmind will come up with a cloud sync feature for Google and other cloud storage providers.
2 ★Did not enjoy the experience where the option to "export to PDF" requires the PDF to be sent somewhere or someone. There was no option for saving the file on the local device. In addition, a watermark will be applied in the free version. Not sure how hyperlinks will work in an end-product mind map because I am backing out after being given the above limitations.
5 ★I started with the name of my exam as the main title. Then sections and subtitles of my exam blueprint. Bringing all notes together in one creative mindful colorful resource. Linking notes to 'compare' and 'relate' is easy. Watching tutorials then adding notes makes me happy. Then as I know more my notes will be reduced. Thank you the more you know the less you fear.
4 ★It is a good app to make maps, even because he saves the maps that I do on Google drive,and is the only app for maps that you can share trough Classroom and Gmail without problems (I was trying to make a map in many other apps,like mindmesister c-map or PowerPoint laptop but I can't share it or share it because all these apps does not save my maps) in fact was my main problem because I use classroom and I am trying to share my map to my professors but to add an attachment, Drive doesn't save.
5 ★HUGE thanks for making XMind desktop and mobile FREE for personal use! We're super lucky to have this software. I use this app for my project management, studies and concept maps and it has been crucial for me to have clean good ui and offline usage. Look at desktop and mobile version having the same functionalities, awesome! It was once used to be only for evaluation/testing purposes but now its free for personal use, that's was a burden released!^-^
3 ★I'm enjoying using it on my phone. I would give five stars if it could to do these things: Make it easier to drag topics to other branches. My finger gets in the way of seeing the various connection lines. Add multiple selecting of topics so that I can add markers and labels to multiple topics at the same time. When adding a label make them persistent so they're easy to select again without retyping in the label name. Synchronize maps across devices.
4 ★In general, it's high quality and usable. I would like them to add a feature to hyperlink a mindmap within a node. If some node leads off to some other pre-existing mindmap it would be a really good way to manage big, multi-part projects. Also, finding more beautiful ways to display the mindmap would be good, for example, the nodes more evenly spaced. Thanks
