5 ★Ordered prints last year and liked the service. However I gave it a try again in December.....it's 5 days since the photos should have arrived and they haven't still arrived. Order made going to 3 weeks now Edit: I had to change to 5 stars because of the excellent customer service and the fact that they sent out replacement pictures at no extra cost. The pictures arrived, thank you.

5 ★Great app and really cheap ,the only bad thing I Will have to say is the way they packed the photos , when i went to collect them from the post office there was no tape or nothing on the box , and the top was wide open , I'm not sure if any photos are missing or fell out ,but other than that it's great and I'll definitely use the app again.
1 ★Don't order, it's a scam. My photos and photo book were dispatched and shipped on 30th last Month. The photos were to be delivered on on Friday 8th (good, standard post). I did not receive, they redirect you to the app and changed the date to following Wednesday. They were again not delivered and app changed to following Sunday. 😒 They were a gift and they were not free, as you pay postage! If you buy elsewhere you pay by the picture, I bought for convenience of delivery. Save your money.
5 ★I love this app, so happy I found it. At first I thought it was a scam but when I tried printing my pictures, I really got them about a week after that and the quality was really good. I've ordered some more on the second month and I'm still amazed by the quality of the printed photos. Definitely one of my favourite apps, would advise you to download and print 45 of your photos for free (just pay delivery charge).
2 ★The app itself is great, I have been using it for years, along with photo books & tiles. The quality is great & great value for money. Delivery has become an issue lately due to customs. I have had 2 orders that I never received at all & all have been late since August. Where are the missing photo? Customer service very helpful in reprinting/refunding missing order. Please sort out the delivery issues or update the estimated delivery times on the app so I can give the 5 stars the app deserves.
1 ★EDIT: FROM 5 STARS : Ordered pictures twice and, Surprise, none of them came but they will charg for postage. Out of the countless products i've ordered from the internet, and that includes many sites.(Amazon,Ebay) etc these where the worse as all the photos i've ordered off them, they havent arrived. I've been charged for postage. but the pictures never get posted.
5 ★If you want to catch those memories you have on your phone,, this is by far the best app you could use.. Amazing quality. Super value and so many ways to get those pictures printed. I have been using free prints for a couple of years now, and have always been extremely happy with their service. Those silly.. Sad.. Happy pictures you take and forget about that you had taken.. Those I have found out are the most cherished photos! I do not normally post reviews but taught this is the app 2 do so.
5 ★For the first time in years I've been getting photos developed and even better straight to the door from the couch. Some deliveries are extremely fast and some can take a little bit longer but it's so worth it. The app notifies you when they have been dispatched. Can't wait to buy new photo albums now.

You also get 10 free photos where you don't have to pay litrealy anything for (not even delivery) And they ship to your house! They also have Matt finish options, and white border options, Overall amazing app!
