1 ★the app is garbage. I have to keep logging in everytime I open the app. and on top of that they have no customer service # or email you can send feedback on about the device. save your money, time, and BS stay away from this alarm system

2 ★The app keeps closing on my galaxy S8. When it does stay open the app works fine. I just can't seem to keep it from immediately closing as soon as you try to open it.

1 ★I dont want to have to log in EVERY DAY! Or at the very least, if the app is running in the background (hoarding my memory) keep me logged in! Seriously pointless.

1 ★App logs me out and when I try to sign back in denies password. Had to reset and set back up using a different email. Same thing happened. Returning tomorrow.

1 ★Hey guys, wake up and fix the app!! It consistently crashes, and from what I've been reading, its been continually reported and...nothing. This app deserves -99 stars!!!

1 ★Junk... can only connect to the My Fortress servers about half of the time. The other half... your just out of luck.

2 ★System it's self is good, app is worthless. App constantly crashes, won't keep you signed in. If they don't fix it soon will look for different system.

2 ★I live the system itself but unfortunately the app freezes. Also my device constantly disappears from the app so i can't control it from my phone when i need to. Just please invest on the app!

1 ★encounter threat alarm when install this app. The threat name is Android/DataCollecter.Utilcode.A (variant) from Eset virus scan. Looks like the base apk use unsafe application that include various cracking/hacking tools. Have anyone see similar virus alert message?

4 ★A few minor bugs but basically does what it's supposed to. I haven't had anything like the problems other users are reporting.
