إنجاز الخريطة الطوبوغرافية للملكة بجميع مقاييسها و مراجعتها؛
إنجاز أشغال البنية الأساسية المتعلقة بالشبكة الجيوديزيةو قياس الإرتفاع؛
تنسيق الوثائق الطبوغرافية و الفوطغراميترية المنجزة من طرف الإدارات و الجماعات المحلية و المؤسسات العمومية و تجميعها و حفظها ؛
جمع و حفظ المعلومات المتعلقة بالأراضي العارية المملوكة للدولة و الأحباس العمومية و الكيش و الجماعات السلالية و المحلية و المؤسسات العمومية الواقعة داخل مدارات الجماعات الحضرية و المراكز المحددة و كذا داخل المناطق المحيطة بها،و ذلك بتنسيق مق الإدارات و المؤسسات المعنية.
يجوز كذالك للوكالة الوطنية للمحافظة العقارية و المسح العقاري و الخرائطية أن تمارس المهام التالية في الميادين المخولة لها بمقتضى هذا القانون :

التكوين الأساسي و المستمر للمستخدمين؛
إنجاز أشغال البحث و التطوير المتعلقة بمهامها؛
مع كل المعلومات المفيدة لنشاطها و نشرها.
كما يجوز لها أن تمارس، عند الضرورة، المهام التالية مع مراعاة مقتضيات و أحكام القانون رقم 30.93:
إنجاز الدراسات و تقديم المساعدة التقنية و القانونية المتعلقة بمهامها لفائدة الإدارات و المؤسسات العمومية و الجماعات المحلية و كل من يطلب ذلك؛
المساهمة في الدراسات و تطبيق التدابير المتعلقة بالهياكل العقارية للاستغلاليات الفلاحية؛
المساهمة مع الوزارات المعنية في إنجاز وثائق متعلقة بإعداد التراب الوطني؛
المساهمة مع الإدارات المعنية في العمل الحكومي المتعلق بميدان التهيئة العمرانية.
