1 ★Takes forever to load with recent update. Freezes where trying to load pages while in the fantasy team.
1 ★this app crashes on me at least once a day and now will not allow you to scroll over to see highlights and lineups. overall, just a frustrating experience that it cannot provide the basics of what this type of app should provide well (highlights that load quickly, access to lineups and box scores, doesn't crash continually.)
1 ★Why do the video's, even short ones, take so long to upload??? Every single time. Only on your app. Obviously the adds play just fine. Every video plays for a few seconds then pauses to upload. I don't think I've seen one video all the way through yet. Garbage app.
1 ★i cant even get the bloody app to load. if i could give this negative stars i would. ive tried logging in with facebook and it sits at the "give us a second" page for 30inutes. your definition of "a second" and mine differ VASTLY. i attempted logging in using just email and encountered the exact same problem. this is rediculous. i have tried uninstalling and reinstalling 6 times, different wifi access points, and even not using wifi. #fixit
2 ★Good app for replays highlights and scores but the scroll through is ATROCIOUS and it is painful to scroll up and down. It jumps and lags and then jumps again when ads load. Also no playoff tab at the bottom to see the bracket easier. Fix the scroll and add playoff tab and it's a way better app.
1 ★Where do I begin? For one the app needs a serious update. None of the notifications work - at least on my device. So I can't get updates or scores. The live scores don't highlight your favorite team so it doesn't bring my team to the top of the list. You can't find out who scored goals during the game it just redirects you to Apple TV. At least the purchase tickets link works but if I have Ticketmaster then there's no need. Hopefully now that Messi is on MLS they'll put some money into this app!
4 ★The app is pretty much good. I like how organized it is and the ability to watch highlights directly on the app. However, the biggest issue I have is how the app has trouble adjusting the videos to full screen.
1 ★The content is decent. The presentation of the content is nice. It's just frustrating how slow everything is to load. clicking on an article, scores or table shouldn't take five seconds (or more) to load.
1 ★Since the app went through an entire refresh in 2018, it has been horrible! Plagued with glitches, bugs, crashes and long load times. I'm an avid MLS fan and use this app mostly to keep up with the league and to see game highlights. MLS please fix this!
1 ★App won't start, I use a Samsung Galaxy S10 and everytime I try to load up the app ot shows the loading MLS logo and never actually opens the app, I've restarted the phone uninstalled and installed and I've even just let it sit there to open after 30 min I gave up ridiculous that it wouldn't start up I checked my internet connection and other apps open up almost immediately only the MLS app, I'm sure the app is very helpful and is easy to navigate but I cant even use it.
2 ★So slow and prone to seizing. Much preferred it when my club had their own app - it worked! Not impressed and will be uninstalling, will try one of the sports networks instead. Two stars was generous.
3 ★Either I can't change my user account settings from the app or it's impossible to find. Fix these items: 1) Stop the app from frequently crashing 2) Allow users to easily edit account user settings (e.g., user name, email, password, etc) 3) Allow comments on the news posts or provide a url to the actual article. Can't see comments or make them in the app.
