A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.
Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?
A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading). As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.
Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?
A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.
Q: What are Android App permissions?
A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

4 ★Good App with great weather maps. However some annoying bugs: - weather forecast does not load with EDGE. Sucks with bad reception in the mountains. Should be fixed! Other apps like Windy do work. - when switching between weather maps, the time jumps back to 07:00 (if you select a time before 07am). Quite annoying when you want to compare the maps
4 ★I like the app. Sadly there was a feature that used to work and since about half a year ago it was changed through an update. In the maps view the arrows to the left and to the right of the timeline did/do three hours steps. Manually I could have gone in one hour steps. That is not possible anymore. I would really like that feature back in the app (especially for the clouds and precipitation map). I'm using the app on a Samsung Galaxy S9
5 ★In general I like the presentation of information: the many overlay options for maps, that the app remembers locations and more. There's much more information available than the BBC or Met office weather apps for example. Also, and I find this particularly useful, Meteoblue retains the forecast from earlier in the day, so you can look back and see if the weather was actually like forecast. BBC an Met office apps hide earlier forecasts. All in all - very good Meteoblue. Thank you.
2 ★Latest update brings a new clumsy UI. I'm surprised to have an advertisement splash screen now when I want to check for my forecast. This is not cool, there was already the bottom bar... The day carousel is useless and the sticky header doesn't contain useful information. The by default transparent background is misleading and doesn't play well. Finally, such upgrade which loses all preferences is not cool either. I'll start searching for another forecast app, with less intrusive ads.
1 ★I have a paid subscription but the widget keeps showing a message saying I need a subscription to view it, even though I have one. It also often says there is no data connection, even though I am connected to internet and everything else works fine. I have checked battery and background data permissions etc to ensure it is not being stopped from running.
4 ★It's pretty good, well worth a look, clean and clear. The only gripe I would have is that it is missing a legend for some of the symbols used in the forecasting. Recent update has changed to visual look, sadly not a look to my liking, seems less clear, struggling to get the information across to the reader. Still one of best weather apps, just one step backwards in appearance. And curiously, my app on Android, gives different weather to that on my wife's apple?
5 ★Great app. More accurate than many others. I especially like it gives you the degree of confidence it has in the forecast. The meteograms that show predictions from different sources along with the average and the potential variability are great. I do a lot of hiking and it allows for a reasonably good level of planning, given that I live in an area where the weather can change drastically in the same day and at different altitudes. Thanks guys!
5 ★I recently discovered meteoblue on my desktop browser and enjoy the richness of info provided which kept me coming back. When I learned there was a mobile app, I had to try it out. Honestly, it's one of the better meteorology apps on the Play Store and so worth the reasonable yearly subscription which I paid. To be fair, it is missing some features (e.g., weather alerts issued by my government weather office) but my other weather apps have that covered since all apps can't do everything.
3 ★Free version of the app has too many annoying full screen ads, some of which can't been closed and require restart of the app. The smaller ads are some sort of scam 90% of the time, guess these are the sort of ads that make most money, but they certainly don't belong to an app from a reputable source. There are also plenty of bugs that require restart of the app to resolve. Seems like putting in scummy ads is more important than fixing the damn app.
3 ★Good but could be much better. Main page shows current temperature and sky conditions only: Wind, humidity and pressure are missing. Under "Radar" section, "Satellite and pressure" layer doesn't work and the app is stuck showing a notice alert (a bug for sure). Charts under "Meteograms" section are interesting but they really need better graphics. It's a pity because the website version is really well done. I'm really hoping in an update!
5 ★A very good app, useful for pilots too. How to use: reliability is best 1-3 days, after that -by the nature of weather prediction itself- reliability goes down. I always look at the daily overview and then switch to satellite to see what cloudformations will be that day and in which direction they will flow. The radar will give a more local overview (but not much more detail). It is possible to save several locations, handy.
2 ★I like the meteoblue website very much, but I was disappointed with the app. The worst is that when I open the app the information is not refreshed, so it may be showing data that is several hours old. I need to manually refresh it. That's bad. Also it is slow, multiple times reporting that the server is not responding. The meteograms page is also very slow to load. And there are features missing, like seeing. Hope these get improved in the future.
