A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.
Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?
A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading). As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.
Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?
A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.
Q: What are Android App permissions?
A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

1 ★Wouldn't analyze channels on my router. Useless.
2 ★Does not work on the 5GHz.
3 ★Decent WiFi scanner, but better free tools exist.
5 ★A very good app.
5 ★Good
2 ★I tried this on two different devices. (Galaxy Tab S SM-T700 (Exynos Octa (cortex A15, cortex a7)) arm7, and a Keedox media player (allwinner a10-20) arm7) It will not connect to a wifi network or recognize that it is already connected to one. Also, there is no label telling you which network is being monitored on the signal strength meter. Otherwise I really would like to like this app. If these issues are fixed, I will buy it and change the rating. I really like the layout of the screens. They are easy to read. The information is detailed enough to be useful. I have tried several other similar apps, this is the closest to what I need. It is also the easiest to use so far.
5 ★Ladies and gents, Once you learn just how crowded your wifi router's channel is with this app, you can also see which channels are free of other users in "the hood". You learn how to change your routers channel and your Skpe Video calls will be superb. Your Android device will speed along the internet so much faster. This app is a great tool. You don't know what you are missing until you make those adjustments.... Woweeee
2 ★Using a Nexus 4, this app continues to show 'not connected' even though I am connected to my wifi network. Even if I forget it and try to reconnect through the app, it still wont show it as being connected. As such, the information I get isn't as useful as it could be. I had this issue on my Galaxy S2 before so still no improvement. They also offer no app support site so there is no where to go to find out potential solutions.
5 ★This is a great app. My router have auto channel feature which is supposed to find the best channel for use. Well it was actually using a channel that had more than 6!! Networks on it!! Other channels were empty so I just switched my router to use those. I didn't just improved the quality of my WiFi but that of the neighbors that were colliding with me. Highly recommended. Thank you!
5 ★Fantastic – this thing works great, I use to find any low signal areas within the house and adjust my router or antennas according to the pattern it shows. It’s ‘pretty easy to isolate dead spots in the house with this app, it also shows me the neighborhood signals and who’s routers are bumping into mine as well the channel they are on. Very handy and useful – so far tops the others I have seen by a mile.
3 ★The app has some good features, but on my Galaxy S4, it shows "Status: Not Connected", even though I am currently connected to a wifi network. I turned off wireless and re-enabled on my phone, and restarted the app, but it still says "Not Connected". Might be a bug with newer android OS. I'm currently running 4.3
1 ★I would definitely give this app a higher rating if it could only connect to my network. Looking at the comments from other users there are complaints about connectivity that go way back. Obviously the app provider is not listening to it's customers. I am sitting in front of my router and the signal strength is optimal in the list of available networks, however this app cannot connect. I'm going to keep the app for 30-days. If there is no fix provided in that time period, I'm uninstalling.
