تطبيق مميز يهدف إلى تقديم المساعدة وإغاثة المتعطلين على الطريق بدون مقابل عن طريق مجموعة من المتطوعين من أنحاء المملكة العربية السعودية. يربط التطبيق بين الباحثين عن خدمات صيانة مجانية وإغاثة عاجلة وآمنة وبين الفارس مُقدم الخدمة للانطلاق في أمان على طريق السلامة بمجرد تقديم الخدمة.وينقسم التطبيق لواجهتين: -الأولى لطالبي خدمة صيانة السيارات على الطريق والثانية لمقدمي الخدمة من فرسان الطرق.
فإذا كنت صاحب سيارة متعطلة وترغب في طلب الإغاثة على الطريق، فيمكنك من خلال التطبيق:
• التسجيل بسهولة في التطبيق برقم الجوال
• إمكانية تغيير اللغة (عربي-إنكليزي)
• إمكانية اختيار نوع الخدمة التي تحتاجها من الخيارات الموجودة بالتطبيق لتقديم المساعدة في نطاق الخدمات المجانية وهي:
- إعادة شحن أو تغيير البطارية
- إصلاح وتغيير البنشر
- سحب السيارات العالقة في الرمال/ الطين
- توصيل وتعبئة الوقود في حالة النفاذ
- نقل السيارات المعطلة (الخدمة الوحيدة مدفوعة الأجر)
• يتم إبلاغك باسم الفارس الذي سيصل لمساعدتك في وقت أقصاه دقيقتين
• إمكانية الاتصال بالفارس أو ارسال رسالة قصيرة له
• الاطلاع على الملف الشخصي للفارس وتقييمه بعد تلقي الخدمة
• عرض خط سير الفارس على الخريطة من حيث بعده عنك والوقت المستغرق في الوصول إليك.
• إمكانية إلغاء طلبك للفارس قبل وصوله إليك مع ذكر سبب الإلغاء.
أما إذا كنت متطوع في فرسان الطرق، فيمكنك من خلال التطبيق:
• التسجيل بسهولة برقم الجوال وكلمة المرور
• تحديد إذا كنت متطوع أم صاحب سطحه
• الاطلاع على طلبات الإغاثة في محيط تواجدك.
• إمكانية قبول الطلب في خلال 30 ثانية أو تحويله لفارس آخر
