Annoyed by your screen turning off when you're using certain apps? Don't change your display settings and waste battery by keeping the screen on when the home screen is open. Just install this app and tell it which apps you want to keep the screen on for. When you have one of these apps open, the screen will stay on - when you don't, your phone's screen timeout will work like normal.

1 ★Did nothing, just like every other crappy app that claims it can keep the screen turned on when the (broken) proximity sensor turns it off

4 ★Works as expected on S7. However, it consuumes a lot of the battery even when not in use or when no app is selected. Had to delete keep alive as it was battery draining.

4 ★Works well, but it's a little patronizing to have to be IN an app for thescreen to stay awake. When I'm out of an app, the Keep Screen On app forcecloses and the notification icon disappears resulting in my phone resettingto its inability to disable the ten second screen off timer.

5 ★Latest update to S8 made the screen blank out during phone calls, with nooption to disable in Settings. This fixed it, YAY!

3 ★Not sure why it needs data use access to collect usage data for what apps and how often etc. I feel my invasion of privacy spider sense tingling....
