1 ★you guys... I'm still getting "alerts" / "updates" that just say "Received" (it's been more than 100 days now, this is not any update or alert. this is very troubling and frustrating.

5 ★ip lock out due to no selectable refresh or update rate. edit : thank you for your response. a refresh rate would be a good feature or maybe i could manually only allow data while the app is open so back to 5 starts because this app is great

3 ★The app itself is handy and accurate. But from the last few weeks it is unusually sending change of status notifications (all prevoius or current) statuses forcing users to click and see thw status. Seems like click it is becomimg baits over time.

4 ★Case tracker is easy to use and it's very nice because it allows you to check on your case, enabling you to know where it has reached. With case tracker you don't need to get worried about your mail getting lost, you are well assured that you will receive your email without fail because you track it down from day one until you receive it in your mail box and when you don't receive it as expected it's easier for you to report immediately.

1 ★I keep getting case status updates when there hasn't been any. The whole purpose of this app is to get notifications on a case and well, it's not working at all.

1 ★The app keeps udating all day. Old cases are popping up, like I've never seen them before. The new cases just added are constantly updating!?

3 ★it's still making false notification and now it started giving notifications randomly and when I try to open it it say due to too many attempt of trying your ip address is blocked it's not working the way it used to work please help me by fixing

1 ★The status blanks out and it keeps giving update close to 10 times in a day as if some update has come for the case, when we refresh it will populate the same old status. Its really frustrating

2 ★I installed this app last month and when I tracked our case number it says petition for I-30 petition for alien relative was received. My fiance filed a I-129F petition for alien fiance. I'm confused so I'm going to install this app again and see if it's still the same. I hope you could enlighten me with this matter.

1 ★When I try to login to USCIS, as prompted on the app, I enter my username and password, and the app just says logging in and spins indefinitely. I have to completely force close the app and then restart, and the whole thing happens again.
